Payment Terms

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the sale of products ("Products") by Axiom Optics ("we," "us," or "our") through our online store (shop.axiomoptics.com) to you, the customer ("you" or "your"). By placing an order for Products through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms supersede any terms provided by the Buyer.

Axiom Optics reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. 

2. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to display accurate and current product information, including images, descriptions, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that such information is error-free. 

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time for any reason. We will notify you if a Product you ordered is unavailable and will offer a refund or an alternative Product.

  1. Geographic Availability: Online ordering is exclusively available for shipments within the U.S. and Canada. Orders placed from outside these regions may be subject to additional fees, extended lead times, or cancellation at our discretion.

  2. Order Processing & Timing: Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET), excluding North American public holidays. While we strive to ship all orders within two (2) business days of acknowledgment, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders placed outside of standard business hours may incur additional processing time.

  3. Shipping Point: All shipments originate from Axiom Optics, located at 1035 Cambridge St., Suite 19, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA.

3. Pricing and Payment

A. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling charges, which will be added to your total order amount and itemized in your shopping cart. All tariffs are already included in the price listed. 

B. Payment

We only accept debit or credit cards as forms of payment. We accept all major credit cards including, but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your payment method and credit card (or other applicable payment method) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your placement of an order does not necessarily guarantee our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Errors in pricing or product description

  • Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transaction

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract of sale occurs when we dispatch the Products to you and send a shipping confirmation email.

You may cancel your order only before we have sent the shipping confirmation email. To cancel, please contact onlineorders@axiomoptics.com

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order.. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers or distributors. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for shipment of the Products to the address specified in your order. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the Products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a full return on all unopened products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full return, your Product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any opened products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All returned products are subject to inspection. Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of laser damage, improper handling, or environmental contamination.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned Product and will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Warranty 

All products are sold by AXIOM OPTICS AS IS. As a reseller, Axiom Optics does not provide a direct warranty.

However, we stand by the quality of the brands we carry. All products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. While Axiom Optics does not provide a direct warranty, we are happy to provide technical support or assist in the RMA process with the manufacturer should a defect arise within the warranty period. Technical support provided by Axiom Optics is advisory only and does not create any additional warranty obligations.

AXIOM OPTICS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
